wedding films designed to capture the story of your day.

More than just a wedding film

For me, it doesn’t really start with the wedding day.

From the moment we start chatting, I want you to feel like you’ve got someone in your corner. I’ve filmed enough weddings now to have picked up a fair few wee tips along the way, so if I can help with timings, planning or anything else that might make the day run a bit smoother, I will.

Then the actual wedding day comes around and, honestly, I just want you to enjoy it.

I’m not going to have you repeating things because I missed them, or drag you away from your guests for hours to get shots. I’ll get involved when I need to, whether that’s a wee prompt, finding better light or helping set something up that was probably going to happen anyway. Then I’ll get out the way and let you get on with it.

Most of the time I’ll be somewhere in the background, probably having the crack with your guests and getting the stuff you’re not seeing.

And then afterwards, I take everything from the day: the vows, the speeches, the laughs, the daft wee moments and all the stuff you didn’t even know was happening and turn it into something you can come back to.

Not just to remember what your wedding looked like.

But what it actually felt like.

How Do You Want To Remember Your Day?

Every wedding is filmed with the same care and attention. Both collections include full-day coverage, from preparations through to shortly after your first dance. The difference isn't how long I'm there. It's how your story is presented afterwards. Wedding films start from £1,500.

Looking for something a little shorter?

My main collections are built around full-day coverage because I think that makes for the best film. But if you don't need the full day, I also offer a more focused option covering the ceremony through to speeches.

The Short Film - £1,150

Coverage from Ceremony through Speeches, multicam ceremony and speeches, plus a 2–3 minute highlight film.

Available Monday–Wednesday, with Thursday–Saturday dates available within six months of wedding date.

First Dance Extension +£300

Optional Add-On

The keepsake edit

For couples who want pretty much everything.

The Keepsake Edit is the closest thing you’ll get to having the rest of your wedding day back again.

It’s a chronological edit of pretty much everything I filmed outside of your ceremony and speeches. The prep, the couple stuff, the drinks reception, the bits happening in the background, the daft wee moments, the dancing and all the stuff you probably didn’t even see on the day.

Basically, everything that was shot that’s not the camera pointed at my feet.

Unlike the Highlight and Feature Films, I’m not trying to turn this into a perfectly polished cinematic retelling. The idea here is to keep things as they happened. You’ll see moments play out in real time, hear conversations as they happened and get a lot more of the day than you would in the shorter films.

That also means it’s a bit rougher around the edges. There’ll be natural camera movement, less polished transitions and the odd bit of dodgy audio, particularly once everyone’s on the dance floor. But that’s kind of the point.

It’s not supposed to be perfect.

It’s supposed to be your wedding day, warts and all.

For couples who don’t just want the highlights. They want to remember as much of the day as possible.

FAQ

How does the investment and payment schedule work?

Securing your date is simple and entirely managed through your private online client portal. The payment structure is broken down into three straightforward stages:
* To Secure Your Date: A £400 booking fee alongside a signed digital contract officially locks your wedding date into my exclusive diary.
* The Second Instalment: 50% of the remaining balance is due 180 days before your wedding day.
* The Final Balance: The final 50% balance is due 14 days before your celebration.
Flexible Payments: While these are the scheduled milestones, all invoices remain completely accessible inside your client portal from day one, allowing you to make secure payments whenever it is most convenient for you.

Is there travel costs?

Travel is included for weddings across Dumfries & Galloway, Ayrshire and the Central Belt.
For weddings elsewhere in mainland Scotland, I simply add a flat £150 travel fee, which covers all travel and any accommodation if an overnight stay is needed.
For island or destination weddings, just get in touch and I'll put together a straightforward quote based on the travel required.

How do we get our films?

Online via a link to a personal Vidlfow gallery to make sharing with loved ones easier! A USB is also provided for the Diamond Package.

What if we’re super awkward on camera?

That is completely normal, and it’s exactly why I work the way I do. I don’t do traditional, rigid posing. Instead, during our short portrait session, I’ll give you simple, natural prompts to get you moving and interacting with each other. By focusing on each other rather than the camera, the awkwardness disappears, and we get genuine, relaxed footage that actually feels like you.

THINKING I MIGHT BE YOUR GUY?

Wedding films start from £1,500. If you like what you’ve seen so far, tell me a bit about your day and we’ll take it from there.
